Uno de los proyectos más especiales en los que tuvimos la suerte de participar fue este, The Cork Tree Residences.
La idea, y por lo que nos involucramos en el proyecto, nos pareció genial. Hay que explicar que todo esto sucedió antes de la pandemia, y hubiera sido fantástico que el complejo se hubiese construido antes de que ocurriera lo que poco después ocurrió, COVID-19.

This foreigners tax incentive, introduced with the backing of the European Commission, the European Central Bank and the IMF has been designed to allow middle to high income pensioners to choose Portugal as their retirement home.
